My Top 5 Picks from iFlix Philippines

Since I always spend the last hours of my night watching series on my tablet (*Well I made it a little bit more exaggerated just to caught your attention. LOL. Truth is, some times a week), I have seen lots of the series in this app while falling myself to sleep. No, I mean, before going to sleep. Some do it in form of reading, some by listening to music. Okay, okay, I lied, sometimes, I just find myself snoring in the middle of a shot. Hihi.

While writing this post, I was able to see an episode of the recent series that I'm watching, also, there were interesting blogs gals, and did a little hop just to kill the bore. (To confess, I really can't think of things to say here.)

Random Fact: I do not pay for my iFlix account, neither my family. The promo started few months ago when our internet provider (PLDT) offered free 1 year iflix if we will pay via debit card or ATM card. My sister was fortunately using one of the preferred banks of that provider so we were able to pay online. After the confirmation, it took 3 days process and we were good to go. At first, I downloaded iFlix and registered an account for myself for a 1 month free trial (just like what I did with Netflix). When my account was about to expire, there came the promotion. I grabbed it, and now, I am enjoying the provider's perks.

Okay, enough with the blahs, let's start with the real thing. Here's my top 5 picks of series from iFlix Philippines in random order.

Prison Break

Just one of the first series that I saw, it is also one of the best (for me). Very intriguing episodes with irritating bad guys, huh, they always try to break my heart when something goes wrong. Though it is already a while since I saw one of its part, I am still in the mood to watch it until the end. Plus, there will be a new season!

You know what's funny? Because I so like Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield), I even asked GJ to buy me a coat with a hood that looks like the one he has in his character of Captain Cold on the Flash series. Oh yes! I hope you get what I mean.

The Flash

Basically, Barry Allen is young and cool, and I like that. Not so serious, not so carefree, in short, he's cool. *grin* And that's what I'm up to when I look for a serie to watch. If the main character isn't cool, nah, but if the plot is cool, uhmm, let's see.

The Mentalist

Here's another cool guy that solves problem very uniquely, Patrick Jane. It was last year in Holland when I started to loose threads and crave for this series. We use to watch this on Netflix-NL every night with the family. The Mentalist was not in Netflix-PH, but I am happy that it is on iFlix.

Oh. I suddenly remembered Reddington from The Blacklist, who worked for the FBI just because, he likes to eliminate his allies. How was the two series related? They're not, I just remembered. Too bad that it isn't on iflix, surely, it'll be on my list.

Limitless

Sounds familiar? Yes it is. I love the concept of this series which was derived from the movie itself. The good thing is, there's a new good looking guy, Brian Finch, who works for the FBI as a consultant while taking the drug that can make one's brain process perfectly.

At the moment, I am madly inlove with this show, but I'm sad, cause I am finishing season 1 very soon.

Sherlock

If you do not know him, you are missing half of your life. Duh! He is Doctor Strange. Hihi. Kidding aside, he is really so popular and he played well in his role in this series. Benedict Cumberbatch which I sometimes call Cucumber is a fast-talking psychopath. You will really enjoy what he say and how he says it. I wonder when are they gonna release a season for this one again, it's been years already.
