3-Ingredient No-Bake Cereal Bar Recipe
It's Wholesome Wednesday! This aims to help everyone on how to cook healthy no-cook dishes. Yes, read that right,
Love starting off your days with cereals? Well I guess you can have a bite even for dessert after lunch, or dinner. :)
LET'S GET STARTED!
You'll need:
- vanilla-flavored mashmallows
- cereal of your choice
- butter
Quaker Oats Twinkles Cereal is the cheapest (Php12) one you can find at your local grocery stores I suppose. And it's better to use fruit-flavored cereals than chocolate perhaps. :D (More attractive and tastier.)
1. Melt your butter in a double boiler, I don't even know why I used a double boiler but you can actually use a non-stick pot/pan in a direct low heat. Add your mallows and stir until it turned into a paste (for about 5 minutes).
2. Remove the pan from heat and add in your preferred cereals. Stir until all cereals were coated. Spread mixture in a greased loaf pan (or any of your choice) pressing evenly. Set aside and let cool.
3. Cut into squares and serve!
Easy huh? I know right. :) Prepare this easy peasy treat, cause even the fussiest eaters won't resist this yummy and healthy goody!
huhu nakakapag drool!!!
